Lose Your Love Handles



If you want to lose your love handles you will have to improve
your diet and do more exercise. Love handles appear on the sides
         of the stomach and over the hips and are an accumulation of fat under the skin. They can also be very hard to get rid of as doing hundreds of sit ups will not necessarily remove them it will just make the muscles under the layer of fat more toned. It is not possible to spot reduce one area of the body be it stomach, thighs or arms.                                             

The only way to reduce love handles is to reduce the overall amount of fat that is stored in the body. This can be done by either eating less or exercising more so that you burn more calories or by doing both together which is the best way.

To improve the look of your love handles and other bits of the body that have too much padding start by reducing your calorie intake each day and beginning an exercise program that includes aerobic training for an hour each day 3 times a week and strength training twice a week. This will help to increase the amount of muscle tissue in the body and will also give a boost to the metabolism.

The appearance of love handles by doing abdominal exercises such as the basic crunch and the twist crunch. This will not get rid of love handles but will mean that the muscles will show through as overall fat content of the body is reduced.

Some easy ways to save a hundred calories each day include using low fat mayonnaise instead of regular, drink diet versions of soda, leaving the cheese of your cheeseburger, go for skimmed milk instead of the full fat version.
